Created to be worn under a pair of motocross pants to provide protection for off-road riding, skiing, or downhill MTB, the Alpinestars Bionic Freeride shorts provide comfort, safety, and performance. Riding off-road can often lead to some unintended spills. Whether you're an enduro rider tackling a particularly hard trail, sailing your favorite set of doubles at the MX track, or hitting some dirt track—falls will take their toll if you aren't using proper protection. That's where the Alpinestars Bionic Freeride shorts come in—to provide protection when riding gear doesn't offer any.
Features of MX Bionic Freeride shorts:
* Constructed out of sweat-wicking Lycra and mesh, the Bionic Freeride short is a breathable and flexible armored undergarment
* Ventilated, Bio-foam padding on hip, thigh, and tailbone area for comfortable yet highly effective impact protection
* Hard PU inserts reinforce the thigh and tailbone areas for additional impact and abrasion resistance
* Though the armor is not CE rated, the plastic armor bits are substantial and cover a large portion of the thigh
* Available in sizes: Small to 2X-Large
Note: Keep in mind that if you are planning on wearing the Bionic Freeride shorts under your MX pants, you might have to bump your pant size up, as they will take up a little bit more room in the thighs and hips.

“Special Order” products could be shipped directly from the supplier or they could be shipped to us first. Then, we would ship it to you. The available shipping options will be provided during the checkout process.
