One of the hottest features of Accel spark plugs is the unique U-Groove ground electrode. This specially design electrode was developed to meet the demand for improved ignitability and increased fuel combustion. The Accel U-Groove design results in less flame dissipation. It gives the flame a groove to grow in, creating a larger flame front for a more complete combustion even in the case of lean air/fuel mixture. Effectively, it produces greater firing energy.
