Designed for quiet operation, with no floater rattle or posts to wear out, ACT twin discs undergo an exclusive 4-stage, heat-treating process on all diaphragms—and they have the ability to adjust for disc wear and provide equal disengagement for discs. The kits include dynamically computer-balanced pressure plate and a CNC-machined flywheel for trouble-free installation and smooth operation at high rpm. The kits are available with either lightweight 6-pad rigid race discs made with high-quality ceramic friction materials, or performance street rigid-hub discs featuring premium organic materials with a high copper content and steel-backed linings.
