ICT Billet front motor plates are available for many popular engine blocks. Racers need the reinforcement between the engine and the two sides of the chassis. The plates help to prevent twist and vibration—and can boost your reaction time on the street or the track. Most of the aluminum front motor plates are 1/4 in. thick, measuring 1 ft. by 3 ft. And while they're designed with cutouts to accommodate specific blocks, you can also trim the plates to precisely fit your application, whether it's a classic musclecar or a late-model V8.
