Wilwood Forged Superlite 4R Big Brake front disc brake kits are designed with the competitive road racer in mind. These brakes have been optimized for production racing categories that allow for brake upgrades but limit the brakes to 4-piston calipers and 12.20 in. rotors. The Forged Superlite 4R calipers feature Thermlock pistons that resist fade and extend life by reducing heat transfer into the caliper from the pads. To further assist in cooling, Wilwood utilizes their 2-piece GT Series rotors that incorporate aluminum hats and directional vane rotors that provide excellent cooling properties and durability. To complete the Superlite 4R Big Brake kits, Wilwood includes high-temperature race compound pads, stainless steel flex lines, and premium-grade hardware.
