Even with a thrust button, most stock stamped front covers flex under pressure, causing erratic ignition timing. COMP Cams 2-piece billet aluminum timing covers are strong and rigid enough to eliminate this flexing problem, hold your cam in place, and keep your timing in control. Endplay adjustment is made easy, thanks to an access hole for the dial indicator. Plus, the 2-piece design allows your camshaft to be replaced without disturbing the oil pan seal, making for a much more user-friendly unit.
