You'll need COMP Cams V-style head holders whenever you perform any type of cylinder head modifications or maintenance, like disassembly or porting work. The best thing about these head stands is their ability to put the head in any position and rotate as necessary. Two versions are available--cast aluminum and welded steel. COMP Cams V-style supports also come in handy for holding camshafts and crankshafts.
