Torque Converter Dump Valve Kit HP6217 HTHP6217 Suit GM Powerglide Pro Series Single Stage POWERGLIDE DUMP VALVE KIT A dump valve offers increased stall speed while staging against the transbrake, faster engine & converter response, and reduced loading against the engine thrust bearing. The dump valve can also be applied down track in order to help manage load on the engine as well as power application to the rear tires.
