ICT Billet kick-down cable block-off plugs are designed to be used on transmissions with a manual valve body, or where the detent cable is not required. Made from aerospace grade billet aluminum, and including the O-rings and bolts required for proper installation, these kits are designed with ease and reliability in mind.
