Performance Springs valve spring retainers are made from 4140 moly that is specially designed for high stress, high resistance to vibrational contact and harmonic wear. All valve spring retainers are heat treated to ensure maximum durability. Featuring an 8mm radius at the spring face contacts to help prevent retainer failure.
