Tilton 850-Series underfoot pedal assemblies combine the value of their 600-Series with the technology of their 900-Series. The 850-Series assemblies feature a high-efficiency balance bar designed to limit motion to the horizontal plane, reducing friction and brake pressure migration.
Additional features include:
* Fully optimized for strength and weight using Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
* Large diameter 7/16 in. diameter balance bar minimizes flex to provide a solid pedal feel/response.
* PTFE-coated aluminum clevises for increased durability and reduced friction
* Lightweight forged aluminum pedals provide high strength and rigidity
* Pedal pivots have wave washers to reduce lateral pedal movement and oil impregnated bronze bushings for smooth operation with long service life
* Adjustable pedal ratio
